Vicki Busby is an action-oriented person, who challenges herself in whatever she undertakes. Prompted to exceed client's expectations, "can't" and "couldn't" invigorate her passion for real estate. With an enthusiastic spirit, she expertly guides her clients and friends to successful closings and assists in achieving their goals and dreams.
Vicki specializes in architecturally significant and historical properties, estates, residential, condos, commercial, income, beach, ranch and equestrian properties. Vicki is also experienced with international transactions, corporate relocations, and tax deferred exchanges. In 1993, Vicki was awarded the Jack Kelly Exchange Award for the most difficult international exchange transaction of the year.
Prior to her real estate career, Vicki was an accomplished school teacher, horse trainer, boat captain for the offshore industry, helicopter pilot, and the first American woman to climb the Matterhorn without guides. She is alumni of "Leadership Santa Barbara County", charter member of the Santa Barbara Association of Realtors' Toastmasters Club and has served on other Association's Committees.
